ABOUT
Edward Ihejirika established dcuk in 2009 to provide independent ‘client side’ architecture and project management services to SME housing providers, primary healthcare groups and self-builders who require objective evidence-based advice and design information to successfully deliver their building and renovation projects.
It is run from studios located centrally in London, within a 10-minute walk from Bermondsey tube station. The studio is a flexible resource for associates who collaborate to assist clients to realise the objectives of their project briefs.
WHAT WE DO
The ethos of critical practice leads us to adopt an analytical approach in working for clients to improve building performance and attain required standards for regulatory compliance.
We offer versatile range of services and is able to draw on a network of associates from other disciplines to form project teams to effectively undertake assignments for our clients.
Architectural services
Architectural services from 0 – 7 of RIBA workstages, from strategic briefing to post occupancy evaluation. The service takes in all design and specification phases, tender enquiry and contract administration.
Building consultancy
Building consultancy including condition and measured surveys, defects diagnosis, and remediation specification and scheduling.
Project management and agency services
Project management and agency services to assist clients to define and achieve their strategic objectives by effectively coordinating resources, information and activities to successfully deliver on the project.
